CC Tea is currently generating gainful employment for more than 2000 individuals in one of India’s poorest states. We are empowering many underprivileged women and have brought stability to thousands of households.

Our farms employ labourers, harvesters and supervisors while our factory takes technicians, cleaners, separators and executives. We also provide training modules and organize enrichment workshops to ensure and enforce our inclusive approach.
